Pear pavlova nests with chocolate
Preparation Time: 5 mins
- 300mls thickened cream
- 8 pavlova nests
- 2 pears, quartered, cored, finely sliced
- 100g dark chocolate, broken into pieces
- Using an electric hand beater, beat cream until soft peaks form. Place pavlova nests onto serving plates. Spoon cream onto pavlovas and top with diced pear.
- Place chocolate into a microwave safe bowl and microwave on high 100% for 1 ½ minutes, stirring every 30 seconds until melted and smooth. Drizzle chocolate over prepared pavlovas and serve.
