Peanut butter and nut pear wedges
Preparation Time: 10 minutes
makes: Serves 4-6 (makes 12)
- 1 large pear, quartered, cored, cut into wedges
- 1/3 cup almond, Brazil & cashew spread
- ½ cup granulated nuts
- Spread nut butter onto half of each pear wedge and sprinkle with granulated nut. (If preferred chop the nuts finer). Serve on a platter immediately.
